Bookmaker Ladbrokes Review

Ladbrokes has been around since 1886, so you can be certain when it comes to betting, they know what they are talking about. The company is British based and is owned by the well known Hilton Group, and is listed on the UK stock market.

The company has over 14,000 staff, and turns over around £975 million a year. Profits can depend on results in a certain year, if backers have a good Cheltenham Festival and football season profits can be hit quite a bit but they still pull in over £100 million in spare change!!

It is the largest betting shop operation in the UK with over 2,400 outlets, and they now have an online presence with many sports to bet on as well as poker, bingo and a casino.

Although I seldom bet with Ladbrokes these days, as I tend to use Betfair, but I do use them for some odds-on horses, they do offer the small-medium gambler some good offers, such as a free bet for signing up, up to 30% bonus on some multipls bets, money back offers, and much more, so it is worth having an account with them for betting purposes. On top of that they give plenty of bonuses for poker and the casino.

If you are looking for a reliable secure bookmaker you can’t go far wrong with Ladbrokes.

Free Bets Betting Exchange Betfair Review

Betfair has been around for over 10 years, and in that time has become the biggest betting exchange on the planet. It now covers nearly every sport you can think of as well as various bet types such as Win, Place, Forecast, Coorect Score, Winning Distance, etc

In recent years they have brought in the BSP (Betfair Starting Price), and in the majority of cases this beats bookmaker SP. Giving those who are unable to place bets close to off the chance to take advantage of good odds.

You will not find any professional gambler these days not using this exchange, and if you are serious about profiting from gambling then having an account is a must. You can get up to 20% over the bookmakers SP, but generally you will get 3%-12%.

Although Betfair start with a 5% commission rate you can get this down to 2%. The more you bet the lower the rate.

Customer service has never been a problem for me, although it can take up to 24hrs sometimes to get an email reply, but you can always phone them if it is urgent.

Telephone betting is easy, and the mobile app is excellent.

If you do not bet on an exchange you are basically throwing money away when you hit a winner.
