After selecting tools/ options/ privacy/ I clicked on clear for Download Manager History so it is not now highlighted but all the others are. Is there a way I can get this hightlighted again?

I have just discovered this is on Firefox. When I use IE their options are different. Firefox has a help section but I can't find where it helps with my original question.
