I cleaned some out to make way for some new ones on the way. Thought I'd kept all the ones in use.....not bad if I only deleted one. What was it?

go to 'user CP'
edit avatar,
scroll down - there is an option 'upload from my computer'
press browse and select the image (from your computer)
and that should be it.

you may have to choose another one then.

the image has to be under a certain size. - there may be a program out there that let's you reduce the image quality 'size'.

Use http://www.gifworks.com/ to shrink them
