Could anyone kindly enlighten me as to how to go about placing less than the minimum requirement (£2) on Betfair please? Have tried backing/laying (£3/£2) but don't wish to be caught out with a fast drifter or betting bot activity.

Offer to back £2 at 100. Bet won't be matched. Put your stake on top of that and resubmit at 100 bet still won't be taken. Cancel £2 bet, alter your bet to the odds on offer and it will be accepted. Laying works the same way but you offer at 1.01 or other price that is too low to be taken.

Be careful with it - a few folk have had warnings from Betfair about doing this to get around the minimum bet - maybe if you don't do it too often you'll be OK

Thanks Guys, will heed advice. Just trialing a few things and want to keep stakes low for the time being.
