Start>Run
Type sysedit

CAUTION Do NOT save any changes at this point!!!

Go to the config.sys tab and then select all the text and copy it. Paste it on here and I'll see if I can identify what is causing the problem.

Ok, there seems to be a discrepancy between your Windows folders - is this a recent problem? Possibly after a reinstall?

DEVICEHIGH=C:\WINDOWS\COMMAND\VIDE-CDD.SYS /D:CD-ROM

looks to be the problem area.

Try navigating to the folder to see if you can find the file (VIDE-CDD.SYS) - if it's not in there, try to find it in the Windows.000\Command folder.
