Which firm do you use for buying online cmputer stuff etc ? I know you gave a name of a firm you think very good but can1t find it..I am buying a new printer but had huge hassle last time from an online firm so want to get it right this time.. :hearty

dont use savastore i tried to buy a pc from em they took ages to send it delivered wrong day system was faulty . Took ages to come for it and refund amount was wrong a huge hassle in my opinion but others say different also 2 phone calls qued for 3/4 hour both times at nationale rate so not impressed .

As Marcus says Keith tends to go with Dabs on most occasions.
I have used them myself with no problems at all.

Customer service with Dabs is A1, eBuyer is good prices but crap service. Never had a problem with Savastore, but I always use Dabs even if it costs a little more. If you get a problem, they change it no problemo.

The last faulty m/b I had, I put in a returns request, had it in 10 mins. Sent it back and was refunded the following day :)
