This programme is produced by a guy that used to crack games illegally, it copies the start up files from the cd or dvd and creates a profile for them allowing you to store the disk away and you never have to use it again.

(some people may even borrow games from a rental shop and copy the start-up files then return the game - I wouldnt recommend this as its probably quite illegal! :wink)

I've had this programme now for about 12month, had no problems with it at all and would probably say its the best $9.99 I've spent :)

Think the point is when the cd is in your drive spinning round god knows how many times per second it eventually gets scratched, discs used alot will get very worn over time and therefor become unusable.... this programme stops that from happening, saving the disc for time such as re-installing or selling on :)
