All the software you are likely to need (and it's FREE as long as you are happy sticking a couple of innocuous links on your website).
It's called Broadwave (http://www.nch.com.au/streaming/index.html) and is Audio Streaming software that comes with a 32-channel mixing desk and other sound recording tools if you want them.
