Hi, I'm currently processing race card and results data from various sources and I'm a little bit confused about this and I can't find any resource which would cover it in some comprehensive way. I mean in the name of the race there are classes, sometimes grades and groups. I read a little about it, I understand the basics, but could someone elaborate what do they actually mean and what are their values, because I see classes to be like 1, 2 etc., but for example on Flat Stats there are classes A, B etc. And what are grades and groups exactly? It's not all that important, but I would just want to get these things organized in my database. Thank you in advance.
