EP have you tried using the online version from the b365 site rather than the standalone version?
I'll donate to the cause tonight - I can watch Top Gear at he same time :)

I'm having problems with bet365, can i play it through another site?I don't know of any other sites sharing the B365 network.
Oh, hang on - try one of the sites listed here (http://www.microgaming.com/pnpokerroom.php) maybe. I know Ladbrokes share the same software but I didn't think they were on the same network as Bet365
mathare
4th February 2007, 20:08
The Laddies client doesn't seem to share the same network, it can't find the game

I'm absolutely disgusted with the piece of software. There I was, early on, shading chip leader for a brief moment and what do you know, I get disconnected. Try to reconnect, nothing. Try again, still nothing. Try a third time and get a message telling me my account has been locked and that I need to contact Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum @ Bet365 dot com.
Mark sends me a link to the Live Chat, great I thought, but before I know it I'm stuck in a room with the world's slowest typer, who, even after reading my URGENT message (URGENT being the first word of the message) doesn't appear to snap into any kind of sixth gear on the mental side of things.
20 minutes later and I'm still sat out, all while my current 2000 or so chips are being dealt out to pay for my blinds. The half-wit says he's reset my password and bingo! I log in successfully. Great! Five seconds passes and the whole program crashes. Reboot. Retry. Crashes. Try again. I'm in! With about 300 chips to my name I survive two All-Ins before being catapulted from pokerdom.
So, for what it's worth, I offer my sincerest apologies for delaying the game somewhat while this kafuffle took place. Congratulations to the winner. :D
