I caught a little bit of it.
You do not need to drink 2 litres of water a day, infact you don't need to drink any pure water.
Apparently in the 40's ( I think ) some scientists discovered that the human body needs around 2.5 litres of water a day.
They then said that most of this you will gain from food and other drinks, but that bit seems to have been forgotten.
A piece of cod is 75% water, a potato is 66% water.
Also spinich does improve the eyesight so if you don't want to start suffering from poor eyesight get eating yer spinich.
They also had 2 groups of girls.
One group was living on spaghetti bolognese, chocolate and all the junk stuff, the other group were put on a strick detox diet , fruit , veg ,shakes of fruit or veg, water and dandelion tea.
At the end of the test there was no difference at all in the amount of toxins they got rid of.
So in a nutshell detox diets are a waste of time.
