annoying pop up

i,ve had my new pc with vista on it. when it starts up i get a windows message saying"windows has blocked some start up programs"
they are issch.exe(macrovision update service scheduler) and
isuspm.exe(macrovision update service update manager)
i dont know exactly what they are, so do i allow them to run:splapme

They are both relatively harmless - they are used by Install Shield to update automatically. They can be disabled but this will mean you need to run the updates manually.
