I'm doing a power point presentation and need some help.

1. In the middle of the presentation, I need to display a screenshot, but don't want it to have the powerpoint template background. I want it on a page just as it is.

2. I will be giving a handout to the audience which contains the presentation with 6 slides per a4 sheet. However, I want the above screenshot to have its own page, as it would be unreadable if shrunk.

Thanks

If you start the powerpoint with no template attached, you can design each page as you want it. If you really need a template, the picture can be resized to cover the whole screen.

It might be a good idea to print the screenshot as a seperate handout.

You can either delete the PP template objects from the slide that contains your screenshot - just click on each in turn to highlight them then give the delete key a whack.

Alternatively, use something else to display your screenshot, e.g. Windows Picture Viewer, have it running in the background, then simply ALT-TAB to show it. ALT-TAB to go back to Powerpoint.

Thirdly, there are various options to embed your picture into Powerpoint. Clicking on the embedded image will launch Picture Viewer and show your screenshot. When you close Picture Viewer it will take you back to the presentation.

Finally, as Oldham says...best to print the screenshot separately as you'll have more control over the dimensions.
