Working Out Rule 4s On A Spreadsheet

Hi all

Any excel experts know how to work out a Rule 4 deduction on your returns using a formula?

Just multiply your odds by 1-R4 deduction.

So if you have a tenner on at evens and there's a 25p R4 then instead of

= 10 * 1/1 you'd have

= 10 * 1/1 * (1-0.25)

Of course you can replace the stake, odds and R4 by cell references if you like
