As some of you know..in addition to the boring day job that I have I also DJ at the weekends. Lately there's a song that i've been playing....and every time I do so someone always runs up and asks me what it is. It goes down like a treat!! It really is a fantastic little disco ditty...
Anyway....here it is.. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-jNxlkiwhyw)
And a version for BigC and Keith.... (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HpwNJGr8EM4)

And for those of us who can't be bothered with YouTube and just want to know what the song is...

Lately there's a song that i've been playing....and every time I do so someone always runs up and asks me what it is. Then you should take them outside and have them shot for not knowing anything about music. It's a decent enough song I guess (if you like that sort of thing) but how can people over the age of about 12 not know what it is and who it is by. I really would shoot people like that. It'd make the world a better place, it really would.

I dunno....people recognise Rivers of Babylon and Brown Girl in the Ring more...it's cool though how a song that the majority don't know...instantly appeals. It is quite catchy....

It is quite catchy....I don't think the majority don't know it. Or rather the majority should know it, even if they don't like it. By shooting anyone who doesn't know what it is you get the majority mentioned above. Job done.

I've not heard that for years.
I guess it's the younger ones who don't know it.
