HELP!

I know theres nothing anyone can do ,but even though im off work on holiday at the moment i keep dreaming of work, really vivid / realistic and i keep sort of half waking up and thinking i SHOULD be at work.

Ive tried horlicks, beer,baths, all sorts .

Its not as if i lie in bed thinking of work either before i fall asleep.

Its like every night, in fact very rare when i DONT dream about it. Its really screwing my head up now badly .

Any suggestions??

Before you fall asleep, try to picture yourself at work a few moments before 'clocking off' for the weekend. With any luck, you'll nod off just in time to clock out :D

i used to have dreams about work when i started working, it used to be quite stressfull aswell (if a dream can be stressfull :doh ), like work was piling up but non of it getting done.

i mentioned it in casual conversation once at work, and my mate shouted it out to everyone in the kitchen, and a big cheer went up, and everyone started cracking up. i wondered why, then it was explained to me that everyone in the kitchen after one week of work had casually mentioned that they dreampt of work.

everyone had exactly the same dream aswell - working at there station, orders kept comming in, and no food was going out. It was really freeky. and that occasionally they would wake up and shout for a waitress to take the food - that happened to me aswell :yikes:

i suppose that if you are thinking of work before you sleep then thats what you may dream of.
sometimes i may watch a film before bed and then dream that i am in the film. so perhaps you can clear your head of work - keith may be on to something there, porn is a great thing to dream of :thumbs

thats what its like... ive got loads of work to do but its not getting done. unfortunately noone seems to have the same problem where i work.

if i was thinking of work i could understand it.

ps i dont think mrs peza would be too pleased about me watching porn in bed:)

I never used to remember my dreams but in the last year or so I have been having lots of vivid dreams about sex. Any advice on how I can make sure they don't stop??? :D

Problem with that though, is when you wake up & see the cat walking around like John Wayne :yikes:
