I'll be laying Jamie Spencer in the 'Top Jockey' on Betfair today :thumbs Only £50 though. I can't see him winning with 1 behind on a competitive days racing.

Although the HRA say thay can tie, the betting market will settle on a countback which would mean Seb.

Anyone notice on ATR last night, not one person wanted Spencer to win :laugh

Why don't people like Jamie?

His percentage of winners to runners is around 20% compared to Sanders' 16%.

I would have thought people might have said that he deserves it based on those stats?

On a personal view, Sanders has long been my favourite flat jockey, but why all the anti-Spencer in racing circles?

It's more to do with Seb being a grafter, whereas Jamie is spoon fed the good rides.

If you had to pick one of the2 to ride for your life you'd be best off with Seb as he will be trying to win first and foremost, whereas Spencer tries to look good first and a win is a bonus.

Hmm. Obviously not. My money is gone. That's a bit stupid as there was no draw market (as far as I know)

Most bookies are paying out as a dead heat but betfair payed out on sebs sencond places.
