.....Due to complaint's the VW ad has been pulled off the TV. Complaint's that making the dog shiver was cruel!!!! :headbange

It's an acting dog....it was trained to that...same as sit...beg....:splapme


Then we have this IAMS cat food ad....well that one is OK!!! We all know that cats go outside, kill a chicken and eat it, yep agree with that.....then it attacks and apple tree and gulps down a poor defenseless apple....and then digs up a few carrots because it wants its daily anti-oxidant supply :ermmm.

I'd say feeding your cat something that is not natural to it's evolutionary design was more cruel than an acting dog!!

You're kidding! That VW ad was cool, but I think that because I like dogs. Yes, I like dogs, obviously the idiots complaining do also. :splapme

Shame. It also probably makes some people think "aww, poor dog, shivering" and prompt them to go and sponsor a dog - in need of care, love, warmth, a home. SHAME ON YOU! As Al Murray would say.
