Hi Guys and Gals,
This is one of my fave systems, it's picky and does not give bets every day. I'm not a greedy person so my aim is to get loads of winners and make a small profit. Selections are short odds, so no good to greedy gits!

One selection today: Rosie All Over in Hexham 4:00 (£100 win)!

Bank £1,000 (or whatever you can afford pro-rata)

Staking 10% of your bank on the first bet is risky but good luck to you all the same

That statement seldom goes with a gambler :laugh

True, but in three years the longest losing run encountered is 7, (Jinx!!!!) I'll take the 'good luck all the same' thanks mathare:)

Me greedy? Nah, why when I win the Lotto Jackpot I want to win it outright on a £20Million special draw, no sharing...Come to think of it Win2Win, you are right; I am greedy, to the core!

In my defense I do not...aahhh...well, I guess there is no defense

unlucky with the selection m8. I moved to 2% from 3% based on advice here and started to win! Spooky or what!

They are playing well and will upset Man U today (my footy tippin skills are pretty dire though, so to give them a chance this is not a tip, just my opinion; fo what it's worth)

I reckon they'll do Liverpool in the Champions League Semi-final on the 30th as well; Liverpool are still in shock at being held 1-all on Tuesday!

"Come on you Blues!"

Thanks for the comisserations Matunty.

If things go pear-shaped today I might just try a bit of the 'spooky' stuff. :)

Okay, 1st bet went down so Bank stands at £900. :dung

Today sees our first betting opportunities since Rosie All Over lost. Somehow I don't think the beast realised it was supposed to win - according to 'The System' anyway

Bets wqith my system are a bit like a number 9 bus, "you don't see one for ages, then..." Today is a classic example of that with 4 bets stopping off at the starting post.

Without further ado here are the money winners for today:

Sandown 140 Pigeon Island
Ripon 340 Highland Legacy
Leicester 425 Harry The Hawk
Sandown 505 Cape Hawk

Stakes are £90 win on each, unless you have time to follow the racing, in which case stake like this...

£90 win Sandown 140 Pigeon Island
10% of adjusted Bank thereafter.

I just hope these horses realise they are supposed to win! :laugh

Well! Not to good so far with only 1 win from 5 bets and a loss of £298, leaving the Bank with £702 in the coffers; ho hum.

Trying to get us back in profit today are these two beauties:

1. Cape in the 330 @ Yarmouth
2. Forsyte Saga in the 725 @ Southwell

With the Bank standing at £702 the bet is £70 win on each horse, or £70 win on Cape and 10% of the adjusted Bank on Forsyte Saga; depending on your having time to get the bets on separately.

This is why 3% is the recommended stake, as it can handle the most gruesome losing runs. I know of only a few systems out of 1000's I've looked at that can handle 10%, and they are high SR systems. All other go bust at some point. Even 5% is too high for mosts systems.

Non runner and a 9-2 winner yesterday, leaving the Bank at £1,017.

Just the 1 bet today, Cape Cobra in the 400 at Southwell

£101 win.

Bank stands at £916 after the loser on Tuesday.

Sole pick today is for Heaven Sent in the 245 @ Newmarket

Stake = £91 (£91.60 if you want to mess with the 'shrapnel')

Today sees the first bet since Heaven Sent did the business, winning at 6-4 on the 3rd May.

The bet is on a short priced horse that would have been around 2-1 had there not been so many non-runners; not least the hot favourite, Pterodactyl.

Still Haddaaf is a good bet to win the 2:00 at Uttoxeter and if you hurry you might be able to find even money about it; if you look hard enough.

Bank stands at £1,052

Stake = £105 (£105.25 if you want to mess with the 'shrapnel')

Yes Boss, I learned the 3% rule the hard way. Now back on track; still losing (as Mathare predicted) but not at the same rate! Is that good or bad? If I lose I increase my stake by betting 3.1, then 3.11 then 3.12 etc etc. If I win I bet 3% then if I win again I reduce by the same margin so my percentage (to protect the bank) is 2.9, then 2.89, then 2.88 etc. Am I on the righ tracks here? Thanks Boss (and Mathare; who will probably take the mick again!). All in good cheer on this Sunday night!
