Did I hear right on the news?

Apart from only sorting out the visa's 2 weeks ago, having known for at least 2 years the Champions League Final would be held in Russia, that they have taken up astroturf in the stadium and put down around a depth of 2-3cms of turf on top of concrete? :headbange

I believe they had to change to turf as part of the deal to getting the final there. It's the stadium we played Russia in last year. I think the reason it's only been done now is the Russian season runs from March to November so Spartak Moscow have been playing there during that time and then I suppose they couldn't do the work through the winter.
