Almost identical to the lottery wins I get from time to time. I'd be tempted to call that number and tell them you're the fraud squad...

Just enough information to steal your identity and if you are actually gullible enough to contact them and provide the info, the next stage will be to ask for proof that you are over 18 - credit card details should suffice...
