Brown says he will just print more money

Did I hear right on the radio that Brown and Darling are just considering to print more money? Or was this taken out of context?

Is he mad? I don't have any business and economic qualifications but this idea sounds absolutely crazy to me, I know its an idea to fend off deflation but surely this is a terrible idea that will just devalue the pound to a ridiculously low level?????

Every BRILLIANT idea they have come up with has failed miserably.....and no surprise, as governments in democracy have little control over the economy.....they just like to think and act like they do. :ass2

Not sure where i heard it, but someone once said that the economy is like water, its sloshes around but it finds its own level in the end
