How come Scots have reputation for being tight when ...

a survey last year showed that 85% of all DSS payments in Scotalnd were reinvested in Heroin, Tennents and William Hill.

The other 15% was spent on Regal King Size.

That's gotta be wrong... where I came from it was 20% Buckfast, 20% chips, 20% weed, 20% fags and another 20% more Buckfast. I think something like 80% of the Buckfast Abbey's 'wine' production goes to the west of Scotland. It's yummy if you like drinking cough syrup.
