Sunday Trading

DO NOT trade on a Sunday. Take the day off from trading.

Why? The vast majority of other traders have the day off, most gamblers either don't bother getting out of bed after a Saturday night, or bet less, so the markets end up being a lot more erratic than other days, due to low volumes of money.

If you must trade, then not before 3 minutes before the off, and make sure the previous race has finished.

Pretty good advice I think.

I take every Sunday off from "work". The horses are crap and poker (at my level) is nigh on non-existent so I have to play low levels with the donks.

Sunday is now a day for relaxing with the family - until next week that is when I start the cricket season.
