Pez, I'm sure you don't need me to remind you that this will be a rather significant title for you to win!

15th May 2009, 12:06
to be honest if we win it i think it will be the best since 1993...an amazing feeling, even better than winning the treble in 99 , thats how much this means to me.
its because of the significance of it that im still convinced we'll mess it up somehow. it wouldnt surprise me at all if arsenal do us tomorrow and take it till the final day. its the united way.
people keep saying to me oh you wont lose it now, but i remember a geezer in the greyhound pub near wembley saying the same thing to me in 92 when we were ahead of leeds and we all know what nightmare happened after that.
things like that, the fa cup final of 76, istanbul 2005 and on a brighter note 14 feb 99 and 26 may 99 have taught me 1 thing and that is its not over till its definately over, hence all the nervousnes even now.
bet you all think im a right freak lol:D

I watched the 79 cup final last night from itv4...not the best of watches if you're a Utd fan but I can remember it as clear as day. As an 11 year old at the time, I went from gloom to ecstacy to roaring my eyes out in about 5 mins. Now why didnt they hack Liam Brady down....I still say it now! :ermmm
They won't blow it now peza, they'll at least get a point at Hull if need be! :yikes: It wouldnt surprise me in the least if Arsenal really turn up tomorrow though.
