I blame myself.

I was up almost every day whilst I was in France. Now I'm back, it's all going belly-up again! :)

It's a better day for me today. I only had one lay 14:10 Ayr Golden Shaheen. As I think back to 14:12, I can't remember my heart beating during the last furlong, my only other memory is watching Golden Shaheen bound towards the leader only to run out of steam before he got there. phew.
