Silly Me

I was deleting some old files and pics from the desktop and by accident, deleted the Recycle Bin icon too.

How can I get it back :helper

Bring up Windows Explorer
Make sure Folders are being displayed (tree structure in the left-hand pane)
The Recycle Bin should be there
Click that
Find the icon you deleted
Right-click on it and select Restore

Thanks Mat, strangely, the icon is not in there but at leas I know how to find the bin.

If you're on Vista (and according to Wiki you can't delete the recycle bin in earlier versions of Windows so I assume you are) try this:

1) Right click the Vista Desktop
2) Click on Personalize
3) Select: 'Change desktop icons'
4) At the Desktop Icon Settings, place a tick next to: 'Recycle Bin'.

I don't use Vista myself so not sure if that does what you want though. Let me know...
