Previous Winning Trainers

With just The Package left trainer Martin Pipe won this in 1998 and 2004 and handed the reigns over to son David who trains The Package and Old Vic here.Proven stamina is a must in this and both entries have plenty in that department..Now pending on who gets the mount on this after Timmy Murphy's fall in mid week this would be a good spare ride for any jockey.He won nicely at Cheltenham when beating The Tother One by one length when cruising into the race easily and looked to have plenty in hand.Will be on a 9lb penalty here but i feel this will not stop him.
