Forgot all about these blogs as did everyone else by the looks of it

Well an update on what i am upto

working in Libya which isn't to bad as i am subcontracted to a company called Schlumberger on a site of theirs in the Saraha desert. It is really easy work as all i do is sit in my office browsing internet until they come in and ask me to carry out an inspection and i haver only done 2 in 2 days

Just booked my next holiday to Bali and Kuala Lumpur in September so that should be good.

On the racing front the two horses i bought shares in didn't turn out as expected , Ryans Good Time was looking promising then just as we were getting him right he was 1 fulong out fighting for first place then decided to injure himself , he pulled a tendon and the vets advice back at the stables was to retire him

Zuna the lion , well i bought a share in that as an unraced 2yr old and in training he got shin splints so that put him back then 2 months ago he broke his pelvis in a freek training accident so the trainer M Dods said he would be fit for an all weather campaign over xmas but i wasn't prepared to wait so i sold my share back to the racing club.

I intend to go to Manor house stables when im back home to have a look around , have spoke to Tom Dascombe and they will have some new horses in around Aug.
