When you log onto BT basic it always says verifying username and password. I have forgotton what mine are. Anybody know how I can find out without ringing BT listening to endless recorded messages and then getting nowhere 3 hours later like I have done today.

Listened to recorded messages and music and got corns on my fingers pressing various buttons on the telephone until I finally got to speak to 3 different people who told me it was not their department after I had been put through to them yesterday. Spent just over 3 hours trying to sort it. I have seen posts like this before on the forum. I am afraid its just life today.
