World Cup Football Correct Score Doubles

I am going to try and increase £1000 by perming some correct scores. I will
list the selections now and update the prices when known and then the results when known,for starters I will be staking 39 by £1-70 doubles on each
pair of matches . The "A" Match will be in the left hand column and be backed to the following scores.
1-0, 2-0, 3-0, 4-0, 5-0, 6-0, 7-0, 3-1, 4-1, 5-1, 6-1, 4-2, 4-3.

The "B" Match will be in the right hand column and be backed to these scores.
1-0, 2-0, 3-0.

why have 39 correct score doubles?

you are using 39 bets on the basis that arsenal win 1/2/3 -0 - the chelsea results are irrelivant as with 13 selections - i doupt you will miss.

however if middlesbrough just get a single goal - you have wasted 39 bet's

for £39 you could dutch arsenal to win 1/2/3 - 0 for a £66.25 return

i havn't worked out the ROI of the doubles - but i would hazard a guess that it would be pretty poor,

i also noticed that all 39 bet's are dependant on both teams winning. a double of the 2 teams would be 1 single bet that would do all the work of the 39 doubles - so why complicate things?

actually i was wrong about the chelsea score in the last post, as assuming arsenal win 1/2/3 - 0. then if chelsea win by a 'likely' score i,e, 1/2/3-0 then i reckon this will end up in a loss. it looks like chelsea would need to win by an 'unlikely' score and arsenal get one of the required 3 results for a profit.

Last season in the Premiership these combinations got the double up from
memory all bar about 5 weeks

As with the double the 13 combinations relate to the most odds on selection
on the fixed odds coupon and the 3 combinations relate to the second most
odds on, on the fixed odds coupon in the Premiership weekend matches. The
best double last season paid over 1000/1 Without digging out the bit of paper
I think it concerned Chelsea 7-0 at !00/1.
The reasoning is that when Chelsea play a minow they tend to kick their ass.
The minows rarely score at all except from a penalty or set piece,
Likewise the second team. If the 2 shortest price combinations come up
for example this week end Chelsea 2-0 paying 11/2 and Arsena 2-0 paying
5/1 Returns 39-1 or your stake back and the double pays 155.66. 55-66 profit
Of course ain't no guarantee it will do it again this year I tried it on the world
cup but they just did not get suitable scores, the world has learned to play football. The selected teams
must be playing at home, perhaps the lack of home advantage caused the lack of success in the world cup.

it does look an interesting method, looking for the big pay-off.
but i feel that the 39 bets is a bit much, i reckon that if you had 3 bets per game - that's only 15 bet's, and would more than cut the initial layout in half, you may not get the rare massive payout's, but the losses will be less.

I only backed this with cash from December 05 , I only have the results
of erlier games but not what odds were being given so I cannot be definite
of previous results.
If you dutch this weeks Arsenal bets 5/1,6/1,7/1. to £39 the return is 76-54
and this is a profit of 37-54

When I first started investigating this approach to correct scores I found it frustrating to have missed out and be having a losing week when if I had put in a few more scores it would have been a winning one,so I put in as many
scores as possible to capture a win and if the two lowest scores come up at
least recover the stake,the main problem at the moment is the second team
is too strong and wins 4-0 on occasions, Maybe I will try the team with the third shortest fixed odds price . I am still trying to improve the method.
Maybe go for 3-0, 4-0,5-0. if the visiting team is doing very badly in the league. Trouble is this makes more work .
My object is to capture the win not the big price if it is a big price so much the better.

Man Unt, Portsmouth,Everton and Chelsea have played 16 games between them, won 13, drawn 2 and lost 1
Scored 35 goals and let in only 7

Leauge one
Not Forest and Tranmere have played 14 games between them
Won 11 ,drawn 2 and lost 1.
Scored 21 and given away 4

Scot Div 1

Livingstone played 5, won 4, Drawn 1 and lost 0
Scored 15 and let in 1

Scot div 2

Morton played 6, won 5, drawn 1 and lost 0
scored 15 and given away 1

Portsmith and morton between them have
played 10 games, won 9,scored 23 and let in 1
Which means in 9 of the games the opposing teams did not score.

May be useful.
