    A pointless excel question because I have nothing better to do!

    I have a document in excel.

    I want to copy and paste this document into a plain trext document.

    When done usually, there are large spaces between the data in different columns.

    How can you arrange it so that when you copy docs from work to plain text, there is only one sibngle space between the data from different columns?
