Cheers FTB. Two of the three I'm not all that confident on and have gone for the home advantage. England are a scary team to be such short odds given their recent run of form but I just think the combination of being at home, a new coach, and the return of a certain J wilkinson may tip things Englands way.

Haven't had chance to look at teams picked but Ireland didn't impress me much last weekend. Their midfield defence was strong but Wales wasted too many opportunities in the Irish half. Considering the build up they were given as favourites before the tournament I thought they were quite average, but then again I seem to be one of the few I can see who thought England didn't play that well against Scotland it was just The Scots were very poor

Ireland and France is a difficult game to call. Probably the two best sides in the competition. Ireland had a testing first game whilst the French had an easy game. The main concern in taking Ireland has to be the injury worries over Peter Stringer and Brian O'Driscoll and whether because of these problems they've rushed Shane Horgan back too far ahead of schedule. Some journalists that I've read have suggested that Ireland going away from the tight surroundings of Lansdowne Road to the more open Croke Park may have an effect not neccessarily on the Irish but in reducing the pressure from the crowd on the French

    1.53 Ireland v France 2.50 Won 20-17

The only one you will get up this weekend is England. the other 2 home teams will win. Scotland have something to prove.Ireland will be helped by home crowd.

Scotland may have something to prove just dont think they are good enough and not sure that winding the Welsh up by calling them cheats is the best strategy before a game

Both games Scotland won last year were at Murrayfield . No one thought they would beat England last year. They play with more passion at home.

D'arcy is key for Ireland along with O'Gara. Last week O'Driscoll didn't play a big part i think they will win without him i have an treble for England starting -27.5 points, Ireland starting -5.5pts and Wales starting -5.5pts.

Was watching the England A Ireland A game on BBC NI last night and they were discussing the Ireland-France game at half time, apparently the new scrum half likes to attack the defenders nearest the ruck and then release flatter to the fly half, whilst O'Gara likes to play deeper giving himself more options (this came from Justin Harrison an Ulster colleague of Issac Boss) this sounds like it could upset the rythym of the Irish backline. Another theory I've heard on O'Gara is that at Lansdowne Road he knows where to kick in his sleep but the new venue could provide problems for him in this respect, although I'm not sure I put too much on this theory
