They have a decent record in this comp: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FC_Dnipro_Dnipropetrovsk

They should progress...looks a good home win....

PS: I may take this...M...as you have drawn my attention to it.....

Im not sure i want to bet against any scottish team at the moment

If you can keep your head whilst all around you are losing theirs, you will not be an Oxford United defender, my son.

    Dnipro v's Aberdeen

I've got to take the home win. In the first game Aberdeen were lucky to get away with a draw. I know the Scottish teams have had a good week so far, but I've never known all Scottish teams to win in Europe in the same week.

6 points on the home win for me.

    Good Luck Guys....

    Full-Time Score

    Dnipro 1 Aberdeen 1

Congratulations to Aberdeen, still don't know how they managed to hold out in this game. A great week for the Scottish teams but not so great for me, that's me -14pts for the month now....

    A bet for tonight...in USA… MLS

Had my eye on thsi game for a few days...will take the plunge..

    TORONTO v NEW YORK
AWAY WIN @ 2.25 with Blue Square
    7 POINTS

TORONTO are CRAPPY, they haven’t won for about 12 games…New York need to win to continue with their push for the play-offs….

Side cover on the reverse HT/FT

    HOME/AWAY @ 29.00 = ½ POINT
    AWAY/HOME @ 34.00 = ½ POINT

    Hi Merlin

I looking at another Trixie bet in the Irish Leagues.

    Cobh-R v's Kildare-C (2/5)
    Shelbourne v's Kilkenny (2/5)
Drogheda Utd v's Sligo Rovers (1/2)

I think the odds might be on the low side, but then I think they will all win. Have you got any thoughts on these games?

My judgement is askew at the minute...M...however.......

Cant see much point in doing a trixie at them prices….wasting stakes…in my opinion….1 double returns just under 2 points (at worst)..the treble is a tad under 3 points…so a Trixie is a bad call….

They all look good easy home wins…….what I would do is put a double on Shels and Drogs……Cobh don’t play till Saturday…you can then either wack your returns all on Cobs…or retain your stake and put the profit on…..

I can go along with Shels, but I'm still wary of Drogs. Accrington Stanley priced at just above evens bears looking at.

Well...I've missed UEFA cup today, was in need of a day of...That means that I have to pick something tomorrow. I don't have the fixtures yet, it will be done until afternoon.

Mmm...Irish league...that's how I met you guys... :) Especially Monty and Merlin, you were "Kings of Ireland" during summer...
C'mon, give me some nice Irish pick...I can pick it only by statistics and feeling but you had something else...some 6-th sense...

Have to learn now, I've failed exam today and I simply must pass another tomorrow or I'm furked up...

MaxySerb.....It wasn't a 6th sense that got us the winners during the summer it was an excel sheet that I had to give me ratings of each team, but just over half way through the season it started getting the picks wrong. The ratings could be excellent one week, then poor the next.
Just incase your interested? here is a list of the Irish games for the weekend, and also what the ratings said about them. It's up to yourself what teams to pick.
Can you trust it? that the question I'm asking myself.... :D

    Irish Premier

    Cork v’s Shamrock (Draw)
Drogheda Utd v’s Sligo Rovers (Home Win)
Galway Utd v’s Longford Town (Draw)
St Patrick’s Ath v’s Bohemians (Home Win)
UCD Dublin v’s Bray Wanderers (Home Win)
Waterford Utd v’s Derry City (Away Win)

    Ericom League

    Athlone v’s Dundalk (Away Win)
    Cobh-R v’s Kildare-C (Home Win)
Finn Harps v’s Monaghan (Home Win)
Limerick v’s Wexford Youths (Home Win)
    Shelbourne v’s Kilkenny (Home Win)

Good Luck with whatever you pick...

If you think Accrington will win....at the prices, the overs is still,in my opinion the better bet...because it gives you a safe guard in case its 2-2 or something silly…even Wrexham winning…

Acrrington have beaten Wrexham twice (I think) once home and once away….5-0 and 1-3…

And although this is only taking into account their head to heads of 2 games…..Empirically goals have been scored….. But I feel Wrexham will be stronger with the return of 3 players………

And they will score too….making overs a real probability in my opinion

I would agree with Merlin and take the Overs bet in this match, that's if i had bet on it, but i'm sure there is better options in the Irish leagues tonight so this game is a no-bet for me.

If you MUST bet Stanley your better off betting with the bookie...coz after commission the price will end up worse than evens....

Stan James GO evens…and lots OF OTHERS are offering 10/11…..

    J. Jankovic 6 5

    N. Petrova 7 1 (Retired)

I had a look through the live betting and noticed N. Petrova had narrowly won the first set 7-6, as J. Jankovic had been the favourite at the start of the game? I decided to have a bet and took Jankovic to win the second set @ 1/2. My bet was going really well Jankovic up 5-1 and then Petrova retired, and my bet became void with the stake money returned.

What the f~~k do I have to do to get a winner this month……
