I've never been a fan of stop at a winner betting for various reasons but here it seems to make even less sense.

And it seems to be that even though this is a mythical challenge (or rather a real challenge with mythical money) you'd be better off being less reactionary and keeping the rules the same from day to day rather than changing things so often.

It is the most counter productive system of betting there is. Either you have a profitable method of betting or you don't. If it is profitable then the more you bet the more you'll win. If it isn't then you are just prolonging the inevitable.

Some people see things that are and ask, Why? Some people dream of things that never were and ask, Why not? Some people have to go to work and don't have time for all that ...

Thanks for your comments, Mavrick and Mathare, but I thought it supposed to be just a bit of fun. I will take your advise Mathare, and wont stop at a winner. Maybe the changes now incorporated will hopefully make a difference.

It can be as much fun as you would like it to be but in the interests of education and helping you to become a better gambler this area also acts as a good learning zone and testbed for certain ideas, and because of that I do like to chip in now and then and offer people some advice. Ignore it if you like, I honestly don't care, but my advice is based on wisdom and experience I have picked up along the way.

If you needed to travel somewhere 100 miles away you'd probably go by car. But you wouldn't sit and design wheels, an engine, internal combustion etc. and build the car before you made the journey - you'd use the wisdom and experience of others. This is no different.
