Will Kaka move to Manchester City and break the world transfer record in the process? Has Drogba played his last match for Chelsea? Is Roque Santa Cruz about to join up with his former boss at Eastlands?

Alan Shearer has called it a transfer that "would change English football forever." If it did go through would be a 1.01 shot on Betfair (if you were lucky) to smash the world transfer record currently held by Zinedine Zidane when he moved from Juventus to Real Madrid - for a cool £47 million.

We are of course talking about the possibility of AC Milan's Kaka joining Manchester City for a reported £100 million. Whether the transfer is very much on given Kaka's excitement as regards the ambitions of Manchester City's project and about to happen, or dead in the water due to his loyalty towards AC Milan, depends on which papers you're reading and who you want to believe.

What we do know is that Betfair's "Kaka to start" market doesn't think the move is going to happen. Or at least it thinks that he's unlikely to start for City in their match against Middlesbrough on the 7th December which is what the market is actually asking. It's [3.6] that he does and just [1.2] that he doesn't.

It's unlikely to reach the sort of numbers that Kaka's would, but the transfer of Roque Santa Cruz from Blackburn to Man City may be on again. Blackburn are said to be holding out for £25 million and Mark Hughes believes the player, who he managed at Blackburn last season, is keen on the move. You can get [2.4] on the Paraguayan star to still be a Blackburn player come the end of the transfer window, which suggests the prolific striker is on his way out of Ewood Park.

Down in South West London, reports are coming through that Didier Drogba has claimed that his relationship with Scolari, who left him out of the 16 for the match against Southend alongside Deco, has broken down completely after the Chelsea boss singled him out for criticism for his performance in the 3-0 defeat to Man Utd. Other reports claim that team-mate and Chelsea vice-captain Frank Lampard has begged Droga to stay and try to wrestle the title back from Man Utd. Check out the "Drogba to stay" market.
