One thing it proved is that we are still crap at keeping the ball.

It was more like watching Liverpool (in the 70's when you were good:wink) versus Watford of roughly the same time. But to be honest I thought they would get beaten up much worse when I saw the teams.
You can't judge them on this match really, Spain are probably in form terms, one of the best teams in the world and we.....well we aint!

Not many teams can knock the ball around like Spain as we have just seen in Euro 2008. Added to that you are playing them in their own back garden & England were without about 5 of their players who normally would be in the team, we haven't got the depth to play Spain with that team. Downing wouldnt get in a Spain c side.:)
But other than that it was a great night, I particularly liked the juggling from David James.
