    Dubai Festival Meydan

Dubai racing starts up again tomorrow at a new course looks very impressive!

    http://www.meydan.ae/racecourse/

Im guessing being a new track betting on it will be pretty tough?

Anyways Im wasting my money on:

    14:44 Dawnbreak (Suroor/Dettori) :( 7th
    15:20 Imvula (Suroor/Dettori) :( Pants 4th
    16:05 Arqaam (D Watson/R Hills) Non Runner
    16:50 Musaalem (D Watson/R Hills) 2nd :)
    17:35 Whispering Gallery (Suroor/Dettori) 1st :)
    18:20 Premio Loco (C F Wall/G Baker) :( 5th
    19:05 Lucky Find (De Kock/K Shea) :( 7th

Will be doing them all £2 win & place. except for Whispering Gallery just win as odds will be short.

Wealth Warning THESE ARENT TIPS THERE JUST FOR FUN I WILL BE VERY SURPRISED IF THERE ANYWHERE CLOSE TO MAKING PROFIT!!

Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.

    Matt

The surface of the new course is exactly the same as the one at Wolves and Suroor has sent a lot of horses to Wolves in preperation for racing here.

    Hope that helps

No idea where Dawnbreak ended up

    Meydan 14:44
    1st. Raihana 11/4f - De Kock/C Soumillon
    2nd. Waasemah 8/1 - Al Subaie/ T E Durcan
    3rd. Silver Grey 9/1- R Ingram/R Havlin

Apparently the track is very tight as well similar to chester so the guy in timeform radio has said.

Have u seen this site? http://www.emiratesracing.com/ It gives the horses weight for anyone interested.

Nick Mordin says to watch out for Aichi in the fifth race but also, 'that non-European runners with official ratings of 100 or more have been very profitable to follow on their first start at the Dubai Carnival.' Hope that helps too...

    12/1 Shot wins the 18:20

Leahurst for Noseda and Ryan Moore win the last at 11/8

There was a horse placed in every race but 1 at over 16/1 sp. Next weeks tactic will be looking for the big prices betting E.W

Have you seen that big pdf pull-out on the Racing Post site? More useful than Mordin's advice - as nearly half the non European horses have OR's over 100...

Favourites are doing well though, I wonder how long they will maintain 50%+ SR ? ?
