A complete massacre! A truly dreadful day and my 10th worst of all time. Unsurprisingly it has seen me drop into the red for the month too.

Other Lays: 12 from 18, down 16.82pts
There are few positives to take from the day so I'm not even going to try. Draw a line under 5th June 2010 and move on. Next!
