Down almost 19pts today, the worst of the month so far. At this rate I'll have to top up my betfair account for the 2nd time in as many weeks.

It was a really good day for me, however I'm going to need plenty more days like this to get back the money that I've lost over the last month or so. I did yet another review of my systems today, and yet again decided that nothing should be changed - although I did put in place a couple of bank barriers that hopefully I won't need to use.
