I would like to get back into trading horse racing again, after dabbling with mixed results several years ago.
What's the best free/cheap tool to aid me with trading on Betfair?

On the subject of trading, what's the current state of play regarding Betfair data charges? What's the maximum sort of refresh rate you can get away with these days without being charged?
Or has the premium charge changed all that now?
