    Thay ran out of 9's and y's for the Bellamy T shirts, but announced that all the proceeds would go to help make an initial payment to the Scottish club for last season's transfers. Unless he starts to put in cash they won't be able to afford the £35k a week wages for him! The Inland Reveunue have not completely gone either.
    Also he still has the fit and proper foreigner test!!

    And the Football League questioned whether Cardiff should even be allowed to register Bellamy. Trying to protect Cardiff from taking on more they can afford, apparently.
