    I hear that a teacher has been suspended.

    Do you agree with the deputy head or not. I do.
    Obeying standards breeds discipline which is sadly lacking in many walks of life today. Rules for the pupils are just as good for the teachers.
    Put the oaf in a corner of the class and leave him there.

    If the job states you must wear a tie, and be tucked in then that is what they should do.
    If you turn up at a job wearing trainers instead of safety boots where they are required then you get sent home, same thing.
