I wasn't that impressed with the horse, as you say, needs to find quite a bit of improvement.

Having said that - last year's winner, Cue Card, achieved less before going on to win & I usually find - if there's one race to watch for the future rather than have a bet - it's the Bumper!

I prefer using last seasons Cheltenham/Aintree bumpers as form guides as many of the runners do well this season regardless of where they finished back then.
