Boxing legend Sir Henry Cooper dies aged 76

I'm really gutted......I thought the man would live forever.

I 'met' him at one of my Dad's charity functions in 1969 (or thereabouts) when I was about 6 years old.
Had a photo taken with him.
I swear his clenched fist was the same size as my head back then.
I just wish I still had that photo.....my Dad had it....but when my Dad died I never found it amongst his possessions.

RIP Sir Henry.....you were a great, great man.

I dont remember him as a fighter, more in the Brut ads with Keegan in the 70's. No doubt a great man though, RIP.

Always seemed such a gent when I saw him on tv and a great man. But for that 'torn glove' who knows eh? RIP
