There has been a few days now where I've had quite different results to you, both positive and negative. It's probably 1 or 2 bets near the cut-offs that causes it. Overall though I seem to be keeping up so I'm happy.

That's always the way with laying when you have cutoffs. I put a lay on a qualifier yesterday at 12.5, as soon as my bet was taken the horse drifted straight out to 15 and stayed around that area.

Some days when I use software to check the previous days results it'll say a small loss, when in fact I made a small profit, and vice versa, but the ROI% ensures the long term is profitable regardless of the bumps along the way

The staking increase suggested appears to be wrong, if I have read it correctly.


Stake Increase

To keep it simple, and build more safety into the bank as it grows, each time the bank increase by the initial starting bank you increase stakes by 50%. So the more profits you make, the safer your bank becomes. So if you start with £200 with £2 stakes and it reaches £400, you increase your stake by 50% to £3. When it reaches £600 you increase 50% again to £4.50 and so on.

If using the above suggestion

We are now staking more than 1% of the Bank.

Would we not be better off using the following.

As the Bank increases by the initial Bank, then the stake should increment by 50% of the initial stating Bank stake, i.e the Bank reachers 400 stake increases to £3, Bank reachers 600 stake increases to £4. This would then give the following progression.

That's because I edited it a couple of days as I spotted an error, and then when I corrected that bit I didn't read it through so it stopped making sense, it's supposed to be increase by 50% of the initial stake. Which if you start with £2, you increase 50% of that which is £1, and then increase £1 each £200 profit.
