My dad was in an accident a few months ago when someone drove into the back of him (3rd time in 2 years) .... he claimed for a new car and left it at that. Before the claim was settled the insurance company called to say they'd passed his name onto a injury claim company so he could get extra money!!!
So he's now got a few extra hundred for something he wasn't claiming for and an injury that didn't exist!! All because the insurance company pushed for this to happen!!
