Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't this the film adaptation, starring Harry Potter's Daniel Radcliffe, of the novel and long running theatre play written by our own (OK she hasn't posted for a while) 'celebrity' member Susanwells? Must be on the cards to make her a shed-load of dosh !!

Wow!!!

Just seen Daniel Radcliffe reviewing the film on The Graham Norton Show and I had NO IDEA that it has already gone across the pond to the USA......and was predicted to make a 'mediocre' $8m on its opening stint over there, but actually amassed ~$21m.

This must be the absolute dream of any author......to have a) your story published, b) then made into a long-running successful West End theatre play, and c) the icing on the cake for it to be made into a Trans-Atlantic blockbuster film!!!!!!

Susan, did YOU have to 'plug' your story/novel yourself to get the recognition it has now so richly deserved, or did it work the other way round, in that the theatre and film people approached you?

Whatever way it worked, huge respect and congratulations to you on your success!!
