With all the technology in the world, we can still lose a 777?
Either the pilot went cuckoo , they all passed out due to lack of air (happened before), or it was hijacked (unlikely).

It has definitely been hijacked, and as some knowledge of how the transmitters work, it looks like one of the pilots.
