    online v bookies

just had a look at my bets for tomorrow and they total £125 it's so easy to press a button and become detached from the amount your gambling online, i can tell myself it's just winnings transfered from one account to another and because i have never physically had it in my sweaty palm it doesn't really exsist but to be honest i don't think i could walk into a bookies and hand over £125 cash.
i had a great year last year and i have just caught up with the accounts and i showed a £8,200 profit for 2014 as of this moment i am £105 up this year, luckily i have a wife who can spend it faster than i win it and we have a landscaped front garden, 3 piece leather suite, new flooring kitchen and hallway, new bedroom furniture and some new decoration (yes the curry house wallpaper has gone) i dont really know what point i'm making except that sometimes you have to evaluate what you are doing in the real world away from the internet and make sure your happy with those choices, as it happens i am i have over £700 in betfair and£300 in william hills the rest is spent but left to my own devices i probably would have gambled the lot.
so just a cautionary note don't get sucked in online think what the money really means and make it work for you and NEVER NEVER bet more than you can afford to lose.

I have an impressive bank of knowledge and experience. Unfortunately, I've lost the combination to this bank.

As long as you keep your staking under control in relation to the betting bank, it shouldn't really matter where you place the bets. When my local bookie see's me in town, he quickly puts the shutters down

I never enter a bookies now, all betting is online or at the track, but the latter is only during warmer weather.

Are you sure the curried wallpaper wasn't a listed feature?
